Our promise is simple: if we recommend a tool, it’s because it earned it in real-world testing — not because someone paid us. This page documents exactly how that works.
The 40-point testing framework
Every reviewed tool is scored across four areas, ten points each:
- Setup & usability (10): time to first value, learning curve for non-technical owners, quality of onboarding, mobile experience.
- Real-world output (10): measured results from a 30-day deployment inside an actual small business, not a demo environment.
- Pricing honesty (10): whether advertised pricing matches real cost at typical usage, trial fairness, ease of cancellation.
- Support & reliability (10): response times from real support tickets, documentation quality, uptime during testing.
Fact-checking
Every claim in our articles is verified against primary sources — vendor documentation, pricing pages, and hands-on testing. Statistics and benchmarks are cited with links where possible. When we cannot verify a claim, we say so explicitly.
- Pricing and feature claims are checked against live product pages.
- Test results come from documented 30-day deployments.
- Third-party data includes source links in the article body.
- Articles show a “last updated” date when materially revised.
Testing rules
- We purchase our own subscriptions at retail price.
- Every review includes a minimum 30-day deployment in a real business from our partner network (restaurants, dental practices, gyms, law firms, agencies).
- Vendors never see reviews before publication.
- Vendors cannot pay for coverage, placement, or scores.
- Reviews are updated when tools materially change; the “last updated” date reflects real re-testing, not cosmetic edits.
AI assistance disclosure
We use AI tools in our own workflow (we’d be hypocrites not to) for research organization and draft editing. Every fact, test result, and recommendation is produced and verified by the named human author. No article is published without human testing behind it.
Corrections
We correct errors quickly and transparently. If you spot one, email corrections@aigrowthub.com — corrections are noted on the article itself.
